The idea of its creation was born from the willingness to carry on the scientific and technological issue by advocating a solid intellectual background allowing the graduates to become integrated efficiently and effectively into the labor market. CUR is composed of six faculties based in TABA, Huye District, and Alexis KAGAME Campus, Save, Gisagara District.
