Founded in 1961, the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (INPT) is an institution of higher education attached to the National Agency for the Regulation of Telecommunications (ANRT). Its main mission is the training of engineers and executives in the Information Technology sector, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
