The current structure of the UNR includes 12 faculties, 3 institutes of secondary education, 1 center for interdisciplinary studies and 13 research institutes of double dependency in conjunction with the Conicet. During the last year, 2 educational poles were created with middle schools in Puerto General San Martín and General Lagos. It also has 5 sports grounds, 6 university cafeterias, 3 health centers to assist students without medical coverage and 1 university residence. The academic offer is wide with 121 undergraduate courses, 119 specialization courses, 60 master's degrees, 40 doctorates, 17 between bachelor's degrees and secondary-level technical degrees, 22 undergraduate degrees, 34 cycles of curricular complementation and undergraduate cycles, 20 technical degrees, 29 postgraduate degrees. , undergraduate diplomas, advanced studies diplomas and a post-doctorate instance. The proposal also includes trade courses for young people and routes for older adults. Undergraduate courses are free and it is a condition to have completed the previous cycle of the educational system. To the face-to-face modality, the possibility of distance learning was added in the Virtual Campus where courses and postgraduate courses are available. Due to the pandemic, during 2020 and 2021 the teaching of all the curricular spaces of the careers was centralized in this web support that was strengthened in its technical dimension to contain the great demand and facilitate access to students and teachers. With virtual or face-to-face dictation, the search for excellence, innovation, academic and scientific quality is a constant purpose of the UNR, which is oriented towards the training of professionals with social responsibility and a sense of republican ethics, guaranteeing freedom of expression and the plurality of thought in its classrooms within the framework of democracy, and assumes the commitment to link knowledge with the needs of society.
