Established in 2017, Université de Ouahigouya is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Ouahigouya (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Yatenga. Officially recognized by the Ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur, de la Recherche scientifique et de l’Innovation, Burkina Faso (Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation of Burkina Faso), Université de Ouahigouya (UOHG) is a coeducational Burkinabe higher education institution. Université de Ouahigouya (UOHG) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study.
