On September 03, 2012, and by a joint ministerial decision, the University Attache was established in Aflou, which was officially inaugurated on Tuesday, October 09, 2012 by the Wali of Laghouat - the former - Mr. Youssef Cherfa and in the presence of the President of Ammar Tilji University in Laghouat, Professor Jamal Ben Bartal, and hosted by the Director of Planning and Foresight at the Ministry of Higher Education and Research Scientific. Dr. Boudaoud Hussein supervised its management for two academic seasons, to be succeeded by Dr. Tahari Abdel Karim in its management from the 2014/2015 academic year until today. And the attaché in this season has been promoted to a university center according to Executive Decree No. 16-230 of September 01, 2016.
