We would like first of all to welcome everyone visiting this scientific edifice which enfolds technical, experimental and literary disciplines, experimental, literary, human rights and rights to allow our dear students to be open to scientific and global cultures. All our efforts are essentially aimed at achieving harmony and coherence between the economic and social requirements of our region and Algeria on the one hand, and the qualitative training of students on the other hand. Indeed, we work tirelessly to achieve the objectives set by the supervising Ministry through quality on-the-job training and good support for graduate students to prepare them for the world of work, and therefore link the university to the outside world in order to exchange experiences by providing the university student with opportunities to understand the practical side as well as motivate him in Master and Doctorate. He will be able to participate in the production international scientist through various training in the field of the publication of academic articles, in particular. that being said, we start from a trilogy considered as the basis for achieving our goals ; it is formulated thus : show a great sense of responsibility ,develop critical and constructive sense , create and encourage partnership and this is how our student and every other creative human person within the academic sphere should be, of great moral and constructive, because citizen of today, he will be a state executive tomorrow, endowed with skills and aptitudes that will enable him to face the components and challenges of society in its fixed aspects as well as in all the changes that occur therein, and this with vision and wisdom enabling him to advance towards the best and represent his country in an optimal way. The success of our university center project is mainly based on : an effective and systematic partnership between the different teaching teams inside and outside the center and this through good coordination with the administration to develop and support one of the engines of scientific research that are the research laboratories likely to allow our center to take place among international universities. We therefore attach great importance to high-level scientific productions characterized by the creative spirit and scientific rigor offered by its latest. We assure you that our university center with its different components welcomes with kindness any contribution or partnership from inside or outside the country by promising all its visitors a fruitful cooperation. In fine, we recall that the race for excellence remains our focus and even represents the fuel of our activity so that we can all rise through knowledge and its realization towards a promising future for society and the country.
