The University's tenacity to develop its breeding ground for faculty and student intelligence is matched only by its firm desire to develop its educational and scientific research requirements through synergistic strategies based on quality and innovation in a competitive context of internationalization of skills. With the Covid-19, University actors feared - legitimately - an underperformance of our Institution with regard to the passionate debates of the news made of confinement and deconfinement on the background of political and socioeconomic decisions . Today, the University is refocusing its prospects for sustainable human development by relying more on the vigilance of its actors and their interactions; by refusing dark figment, emptiness and irresolution. Our University is fully aware of the social tensions which cross it intermittently; it cannot and absolutely must not be insensitive to the upheavals of the consciousness of its actors in the face of the permanent threat of deceivers who try, by all means, to undermine the vital forces of the nation by destabilizing one of its superstructures. The University has a fundamental right: the freedom to act in accordance with scientific ethics in order to achieve its greatest efficiency, for the greatest benefit of the Society which is currently being rebuilt, at the political and socioeconomic levels, according to the living principle of its national unity in the prodigious richness of its constitutive linguistic and cultural diversity.
