Established in 1999, Wa Polytechnic is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in the small city of Wa (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Upper West Region. Officially recognized by the National Accreditation Board, Ghana (National Accreditation Board of Ghana), Wa Polytechnic is a coeducational Ghanaian higher education institution.
